Yes, you can store your boat or RV. However, it must be registered and insured under your name. Unlike other facilities, Toyon also provides $2000 of tenant protection for your vehicle, which is included in the price.
You can pay your bill in several ways: use the drop box at the front of the office, pay through our gate access app on your phone, or use the payment link in your invoice. Invoices are sent out 5 days before the start of each new month.
Our facility is equipped with video surveillance cameras and dusk-to-dawn lighting. It is also fully gated with secure code entry and exit.

When renting, you must provide a declaration of your homeowners or renters’ insurance. If you don’t have coverage, we offer tenant protection from $2,000 up to $5,000 starting at $9 monthly. Tenant protection is required if you don’t have your own insurance.
A cylinder lock is required on all storage units to ensure your protection and validate your insurance. We offer high-quality Chateau brand cylinder locks at a reasonable price, known for their reliability and top-tier performance, or you can provide your own cylinder lock.
Yes, a fully refundable $50 deposit is due upon renting. Simply provide a 7-day notice upon vacating and leave your unit broom clean with no stains and your deposit will be refunded upon vacating within 15 days. Note, rent is prorated on move in but not on move out.

Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During these hours, you can visit us for in-person assistance. Our phone support is available every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Gate hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Sunday to Saturday, allowing you to access your stored items. Additionally, 24-hour access is available for a small fee.
The online move-in process is quick and simple. You must provide some basic information about yourself and upload a copy of your driver’s license or ID. It typically takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
